He's helped by the mystery-solving Stripes, Flame - a lovable blue fire-fighting bear, Kit who drives the ambulance, Tricks - the energetic, helicopter-flying inventor, Pecky - the builder who drives a transforming yellow digger and the young Splash and his incredible transforming car!

Meet Big Tree City Rescue!
MAJOR PRICKLES
Meet Major Prickles - the leader of Big Tree City Rescue. He's the oldest and most experienced member of the team who always has something encouraging to say. However, you might also find him enjoying a quieter moment and sitting down to have a cup of tea. He loves to exaggerate and loves a bit of drama, which is perfect as Big Tree City is full of it! To the briefing room!
PECKY
Pecky is a builder and a small, super-charged bundle of energy but... she also loves destroying things! With her short fuse, she might go too far but she always sees the error of her ways and spends the rest of her time trying to fix things.
STRIPES
A little socially awkward, Stripes doesn't always understand the others. But he's amazing at solving mysteries and coming to logical conclusions. He's also in charge of traffic control and stuff like that.
FLAME
Flame is a big blue bear who is really strong and just a little bit clumsy. She's a firefighter who has lots of bouncy energy, which can get her into trouble when she accidentally breaks things! She has a big heart and loves everyone!
KIT
Kit is gentle and caring, always with a kind word for the team. But - don't be fooled - when she flips she becomes super-competitive and gets uber-competitive. Then you'd better watch out!
TRICKS
Tricks is an inventor and highly technical, able to create anything and control the technology at HQ. He tends to worry a bit too much and would love to be more confident.
SPLASH
The nooby to the group. He's young and impressionable and wants to impress the others. In love with life, but gets nervous when he's out of his depth. Splash doesn't always have all the answers, so sometimes he just has to be brave and trust his own instincts.
